Homespun Dolls Welcome

Hello Welcome to HomespunDolls blog page. I am a self taught doll artist who creates fantasy art dolls. All of my little ones live and work in a little piece of my backyard called Elftown. During their creation they all have their own personal story that is told just for them. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do making them.
You can follow me on Twitter @HomespunDolls and Facebook HomespunDolls.

Hettie the Herbalist

Hettie the herbalist is sculpted from polymer clay. She is 7 1/2 inches high to the top of her hat. She told me she was a elf by birth but from looking at that hair and nose I believe there is a bit of goblin in her too.

Pickwin the Goblin and a feature on Wymzee

I sculpted this little goblin from polymer clay. I love creating the goblins, getting to make them as ugly as I want is alot of fun. Adding warts to Pickwins face was icing on the cake. Of course because of their homely appearance a goblin normally dresses quite fine, notice this ones ruffels and feathers ;)
I recieved an email recently from Lisa at skunkhollow asking me to let her feature me on Wymzee for a couple of weeks. I was more than thrilled and filled out the questions as soon as I could. Because I am rather boring, I know this and my children tell me often I asked Lisa to spice me up a bit, lol. She did that and more with her wonderful post.
