Mildred Witch and her man Jack Pumpkin
Poor Jack, breaking off a marriage proposal to witch just wasnt very smart. Broken-hearted Mildred turned him into a pumpkin and has kept him near her ever since. 50 odd years as a pumpkin has turned Jack into a rotten old gourd.
